i recently obtained custody of a friends kids and unfortunately they had been neglected. I took them to east dayton dental for check ups to find out they need alot of work done. Our inital visit was with a dentist by the name of Ziggler i believe he was a young Caucasian male. He was unaware of the kids situation and that i was not their parent. He was extremely rude due to the work that was needed for the 2 girls. asking me if all i feed them is candy and pop. I explained their situation and his attitude changed, they explained then they do work on client by quadroms. so i would only have to make 4 visits per child for the work to be completed. which was a relief for me to get it taken care of quickly. Well our first visit i called to ask what was being done that day and i was told only fillings. 1 girl received 1 filling and the other was supposed to get 1 as well. when one of the girls walked out balling her eyes out telling me they extracted a tooth. with out my knowledge. on our 3rd visit i was told one filling was being done for 1 child and i asked them why is only 1 filling being done? it was this childs 3rd visit and this would be her 3rd filling out of the 9! she needed. and the desk woman told me they only do 1 filling per visit. then when i asked to speak with the dentist whom told me about how they work in quadroms, he denied such discusion and riduled me again for the poor dental health of the kids, and told me their office is nnot a daycare i shouldnt have the other children with me and i should be with the kid whos getting work done the whole time ( which the first visit i was told not to go back) everything they were saying was counterdicting our first intial visit even the amount of fillings he told me she had counterdicted the initial visit and paper work. so by the time our conversation was done he told me i needed to find a new clinic and better dental insurance for them. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy, they are completely unprofessional. and im really not sure they know exactly what their doing. Ifeel very disrespected adn taken advantage of bby them.

I was just there last week to get my front tooth fixed and the dentist that did my tooth was awesome the best dentist i have ever visited he made me feel so at ease and my tooth was so bad after he got done i was amazed on how great of a job he done you couldn't even tell anything was ever wrong with my tooth so of course i already made my next appointment for next week to get some more work done

Excellent service. Caring staff. It was almost like a day at the spa having my 2 wisdom teeth pulled. OK not the spa but they did everything to make it a comfortable experience. This included great follow up care.
