Dr. Walters and his staff are personable, kind and very attentive. I always feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. My questions are always answered- I always leave learning something new! Allover excellent!!

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
