They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. The dentist did not even check to see if floss would go between my teeth after a few fillings were done. When I had to return because floss wouldn't go between them and one filling completely overlapped the tooth next to it, the dentist got mad because I was "telling him what to do". I just said it needed to be fixed. His main concern was that I was taking up his time that he could have spent on someone else that was a "paying" customer for that time slot. He must have forgot that I paid my bill in full the day the fillings were done. I would never recommend them to anyone. He was terrible.
