I just had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr. McKinley at the Lodi Family Dental Center. He was very rude!! He was swearing, and yelling, and he told me to shut up when I was trying to answer his questions. My ride could hear him raising his voice from the LOBBY. And if you know me, I'm a really quiet, respectful individual and none of this was provoked. He came in the room hot. Then to top it off, he started bashing my government insurance and the entire thing was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. He like, put up his hands as measurement and was like "This is how much your procedure will cost." then made a finger diamond and was like "And this is how much your insurance pays me." Maybe you shouldn't accept the card if you don't feel fairly compensated. His attitude is probably why his office is only open on Tuesday and Thursday. The whole time I was in his chair I wanted to get up and take my daughter and leave and I was so afraid he would treat her as badly as I was being treated. Luckily, his x-ray machine malfunctioned and wouldn't give him any prints of my mouth, so he couldn't do any work so we got to leave and I was SO RELIEVED. My Grandmother called and gave the front desk lady (who was very nice, poor thing) a piece of her mind and the lady said it wasn't the first complaint of this nature. This man is totally unbelievable and he victimized me and made me feel bad for not having top of the line insurance. I felt like he was welfare shaming me.

The dentist is so rude, to both adults and kids. He hurt my mouth bad everytime I went for a visit. I would never go back again.

went to have new dentures made, The dentist was very rude. I had to go back several times for adjustments...the last time I went he would not do much ....said I had no sore spots in my mouth. I had very painfull spots from the upper plate. My bottom "teeth are too long...look like horse teeth! I would not recommend him! His staff on the other hand were very nice. I applaud them for putting up with him.

I will never go there again my tongue was in the way and he push done on it so hard that I couldn't get the my breath.
