This guy was the most rude dentist I have ever been to. He told me that my teeth are horrible and that if he were me he would brush his teeth 3 times a day and only drink water, milk, tea or coffee. I went in there to have two cracked teeth fixed. He spent 20 mins telling me what all I should do and that it was thousands of dollars worth of work, and that my insurance did not pay him enough to even begin to fix my teeth. He said if I would pay him all of it up front he would do the work and then he went on to say let me guess from the insurance you have I can guess you do not even have the money to begin the work. He went on to show me metal caps and said I got this when I went to dentist school and you see how many I have used. It doesn't hold and I am not about to keep gluing it for free. He went on to pull out dentures and said I will be lucky to not end up with them. I left there with the same problem I went in there with and feeling very depressed and in tears. He has no compassion for anyone. Please do not go to him unless you like to be verbally abused.

Horrible ... Absolutely horrible. Should have his license revoked. I haven't been there in a long time and the reason I am even writing is because this man has caused me major trauma for going to the dentist. I found a really nice dentist recently and it got me thinking about how traumatized I was from this guy. So I decided to see if he is still around. Shockingly... He is. Unbelievable. He literally ripped a tooth from my mouth without telling me he was going to do it. Then told me it was my fault for not taking care of my teeth. I had to go to the er from the lain and bleeding and the doctors there where so nice. They couldn't believe what he had done. They filed a complaint with the board on my behalf. Do not go to this dentist!

Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever came into contact with! He does not explain a thing to you and is not gentle at all. I personally believe he has it out for care source patients as he likes to throw it in your face referring to it as "your magic card", He was using profanity like Jesus Christ, son of a _____! Also stating if your in pain, he is not GOD to go to another dr. It was all recorded and I am hoping he loses his license and or Care sourse removes him as a provider! They are the next person I contact! STAY AWAY from this devil!

Horrible. I left in so much pain. He didn't explain anything , the assistant did when he would leave the room. I ended up needing a root canal and he went on and on about how my insurance didn't pay him enough and how I have to cover the difference. I was in shock at how unprofessional and mean he was. To top it off, when he sealed my tooth, he told me to open my mouth bigger because the tool was 300 degrees and he WILL burn me.

The "doctor" was rude. Walked in with no pain; just wanted a cleaning. Walked out with 3 fillings. Had pain for over a week from one of the fillings, went back in to have him check it and ended up needing a root canal. All he did was compain to the nurse about someone who was on assistance saying that he wasn't going to perform the procedure because welfare only pays $35 and the whole procedure was $800. He wasn't going to help that patient because of that. Make you wonder if you should be going to this facility or not!!!

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Mr. McKinley certainly does not deserve the title of "Dr." He was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. I was shocked at his condescending and uncaring attitude. The other patient I was waiting with had told me that Jeffrey was rude, but I had no idea what I was walking into. Please, don't waste your time with Jeffrey McKinley.
