Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The doctors and staff have always been friendly and caring. They explain what they're doing and ask if I have any questions. I have never felt rushed while there. Dr. Ford seems to enjoy his job, and truly cares about his patients. I would feel comfortable sending any of my friends and family to this practice, which I have done in the past, and will continue to do.
I was very unhappy with my previous dentist, and am so very happy that I changed to Dr. Ford's practice.
