I have been going to Dr. Fredericka for over 20 years at his office. I can tell you that the office is spotless, and is in excellent always clean and very hygenic condition. Further, he and his staff are excellent !!!!! They are the most caring, knowledgeable, and respected people I know. Thia previous review looks like a prank to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!!!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Fredericka since I could remember and we wouldn't want it any other way! The receptionists are always so friendly, the office is tidy to a tee, and most importantly his practices have been nothing but successful for us all. Thank you to everyone working at this dentist office.

I never did get my tooth pulled! He doesn't seem to be quite up on his technology. I had to repeat meds I'd already gave him. It was like going to the "Nutty Professor" I wasn't impressed with the exam rooms either. He certainly did not have my confidence and I walked out. Now I have to wait another week to see a dentist. ~sigh~

Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth?
Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Not really
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished
Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures?
Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!
Was this dentist's staff friendly?
No, they were rude

Sounds like a CRAZY story to me! Why in the world would a person allow someone to put something off the floor into their mouth? Furthermore if novacaine was being shot into your mouth how in the world would you see were it went. Some people dont relize making slanderous remarks towards a professional can lead to being accused of slander..... I work for a healthcare professional as well, people dont relize when they post accusations of such they are messing with the persons job. What if someone were to do this to you?If you are this sure of these accusation why remain anonymous, thats why these sites should not be up people get mad and are allowed to defame and slander someone but do not think of the legal ramifications as my boss retained a attorney and went after the individual proving slander! This also is my dentist of 5 years. They have gone out tof there way accomadating me coming in on a day there office was closed to see me on my day off to do a root canal ! The office manager always has a big smile on her face and has become more then someone that works there but a friend! The dental assistants working in the back have always been fantastic and wonderful attitudes! the office has never smelled of must and how would one know there were cats??? running around in a apartment? Sounds like a disgruntled miserable person to me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! First of all, the building was awful. It smelled like old must and it was filthy. Nothing about this office was sanitary and I'm surprised they are still in business. The owner that lives upstairs has multiple cats and all you hear is them running around upstairs. The dentist himself had a face mask on but kept it around his neck so he was breathing in my face the whole time. He went to shoot me with the Novocaine and went to move the light, bumped the instrument and the novocaine shot all over my purse and coat. Half way through the procedure, he had to send a girl to the store because he didn't have all the equipment needed. He dropped something on the floor behind his work station, picked it up, put it on the instrument and it went right in my mouth!!
Today I was suppose to go back to get the root canal filled... they called me an hour and 45 minutes before i was suppose to be there telling me that the doctor didn't feel comfortable finishing my procedure and he was going to refer me to another Dr. I told the office manager, who was soooooo rude, everything that happened and she pretty much called me a liar. I HIGHLY ADVISE EVERYONE READING THIS TO KEEP LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTIST. I'm actually debating on whether I should turn them in to the BBB.
