AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST. Horrible! I have been wrongly billed by them and trying to resolve with BCBS for over a year. It took them 4 attempts to finally send my information to my insurance over 4 months after my service. I called 3 times and Ashley assured me it had been sent. I had to literally go in and watch Ashley fax the information before BCBS received the information on 4th try. They have done everything in their power to screw this up. On a phone call this spring w BCBS and them I believed this to finally be cleared up. Yesterday, I received the same bill I had gotten months ago from them. Obviously, they don't recall resolving this.
