I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who assisted me on my recent visit. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and very professional. It was a pleasant surprise to find an organization so dedicated to customer service. Sorry to say that doesn't happen very often any more. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

The dentist was great. When I went for the first soft liner for my dentures the technician was short and rude. the second technician was awesome she took her time and got my bite right. I needed my third soft liner earlier than my appointment. I called and got in and I don't no who the man was that came out of the office was. I think it was the manager. He didn't introduce his self. He was rude and hateful. he told me that they informed me it was a process and I understand that, but I was having to use so much Fixodent it was tearing the skin of my gums. so he finally told the technician to do the soft liner on my dentures. The technician didn't get my bite right and my jaws hurt the whole time I have my dentures in my mouth. I just hope they fit right by the time I'm finished with this process. If not I will be sure to get the matter taken care of.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. However,.... this is the worst place to go for a quality appliance! I was drawn there by the low price, but ended up wasting money because I literally had to throw their appl. away and go to a regular dentist. The 2 tooth appliance they made me was so oversized, that my speech was horribly slurred and I sounded drunk. Also, the teeth in the appl. were much. much shorter than my teeth that it looked ridiculous! I could not wear these to work or anywhere in public. Also, the staff was very unprofessional and rude.Since going there,I have met several other people who have had the same exact experience and had to throw away the appliance that they received . Paid for seven year warranty but they said they didn’t have a record of me before my seven years was up. Eating hamburger and dentures cracked. So now I have to pay to get them fixed. They don’t give you any paper work on warranty. Buyers beware. Staff not that friendly, it’s like a cattle call in the office. Get in take your money get out. Like the dentures, don’t like the headache associated with the office or the personnel.
