I have three daughters (one is special needs) who sees Dr. Wells and Dr. Chelenza. They and their staff are always VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I would not take them any place else!

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
