The staff was great. Dr. Hanstein was very informative. I have never had another dentist examine my mouth that thoroughly.

He is attentive, listens to your needs, cracks jokes, very knowledgeable and even his staff, she was amazing. She talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I told him that my past dentist claimed I had 3 cavities, which I thought was pretty extreme being that I take really good care of my teeth. I quickly left the old place without looking back. But Dr. Hanstein is very conservative and assured me that I had no cavities that needed to be filled, but will continue to monitor it in future appointments. I left there feeling great and with a brighter smile. I am definitely making another appointment to see him again in six months and recommending him to all of my friends!

Dr Mark has been my Dentist since I moved to Downtown OKC two years ago. He is there when I need him day or night and he even calls me during the evening after an appointment to make sure that everything is OK. I rated him down a little on punctuality simply because he does not run people in and out to make more money. However, if he is running late due to another patient's emergency, his staff always calls me so that we can rearrange our schedule. I also did not rate him as excellent in terms of cost simply because you get what you pay for. I have been to cheap dentists before and some have caused more problems than they have fixed.

Took 2 hours to get a cleaning. Took 13 x-rays and there is nothing wrong with my teeth. Spent the entire time trying to sell me a nightguard. Very odd, angry man.
