I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was clean and relaxing. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible; they've never left me waiting. Although the Capital District has a bad reputation, I felt completely safe; in fact, I have used other business in that area based on my association with Dr. Dunn. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
