I'm very disappointed with the fit of my upper denture. I have an underbite/crossbite. The dentist, Dr. Iris Lo, never advised me that it would be difficult to fit an upper denture because of the alignment of my jaw. She let me believe that it was going to be routine. I had been evaluated by the OU School of Dentistry and was told my case was too difficult for their students.Dr. Lo never said there could be a problem with the fit. They did 2 different temporary dentures which would just fall out when I opened my mouth. The final fitting, she realized that my jaw shifted when I closed my mouth, but yelled at me saying I was doing it on purpose. It was all downhill from there. She was so very rude and humiliated and embarrassed me in front of other patients and their staff, and bullied me into accepting the final denture and got mad when I asked to read the contract before I signed it. They are awful!! Now I'm stuck with a denture that will never fit and won't even stay tight with copious amounts of dental "glue" when I eat. I spent the last of my savings on this denture and I am very disappointed.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

No, they didn't bleed excessively

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Great Doctors, Great Staff and Great Price. I shopped around for a good dentist for my first set of dentures. Dr. Lo was great! She had a really good bedside or in this case chair side manner. She was a strait shooter on what I needed to do, and even told me that they recommended I get a second opinion just to be sure. Both she and the staff were always concerned for my comfort, before during and after the procedure.
The reason their prices are so low is that they have the denture lab on site; no middle man! That also helps in the fittings, they were able to make adjustments right in the lab on the day I got them and on the follow up visit the next day.
All of the staff are very knowledgeable, anyone there can answer any question you may have, you can't help but feel that they all really know what their doing. I was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
