This dentist has no social skills at all. We have visited around 5 different times with 2 children. Each time he never would look me in the eye, the children and myself could never understand his low voice mutters of directions or concerns. If I pay money for something, I want service with a smile. Weird dentist. He seems to however know what he is doing for the most part. The office is a nice design and style on the inside not the outside. The office help is nice but 2 different times mixed information up completely. Dr. Darrow seemed like he was extremely irritated to be at work, and that he couldn't wait for us to leave. He didn't seem to want to help anyone and was ready to get back to his office on his computer. Save yourself the trouble just don't go.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
Among the best I have seen
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
