I wouldn't take my dog to these people. I called Gentle Dental this morning because they were the only ones open on a Saturday. I was in horrible pain and needed something done. All they managed to do was to take 132.00 and do nothing. The doctor simply referred me to a specialist and said that she would call in a prescription for my infection and pain pills. I told her what I was allergic to. I called them prior to closing when the pharmacy had received nothing. They only called in the antibiotic but nothing else. When I called them back they told me they were out of prescription pads and had to order them and were not allowed to phone anything into the pharmacy. I asked them what kind of place they were running that they had no presciption pads and were not capable of doing anything more for me than to suggest I take over the counter Tylenol. This place is a joke they are not a professional place and I would be surprised if the Dentist is even a licensed dentist. Otherwise she would have know what she could and could not phone in to a pharmacy. I am disputing the credit card bill due to not receiving the services which I paid for. It is pretty sad really I mean good grief someone actually has a website called www.gentledentalsucks.com!!!! I will stick with a real dentist next time. Meanwhile I will have to spend the first four days of a vacation I leave on with lymph nodes in my neck swollen and gums so swollen I cannot eat. Awesome!!!!!!! .

Everyone there took extra time to hear my concerns and went out of their way to make every effort to make me feel at ease. I have had terrible visits to the dentist in the past, and I have to say that this was the most positive experience at a dentist's office I have ever had. Dr. Kim has an excellent demeanor and expresses genuine concern about your oral health both now and in your future. The office Manager, Brittany is extremely helpful in working out the financial aspects and offered many options and showed ways I could save money. The oral hygenist, Ms McMean (sorry didn't catch her first name) was most thorough, extremely personable and really made my visit positive and pleasant. I will definitely be back to continue my treatment plan (which is quite extensive). Looks like I finally found a dentist's office I will be happy to return to.
