Will never take my kids back here. Have been 4-5 times. Dr Young is friendly and knows his stuff but unfortunately he lets his cruel assistant loose on kids without batting an eye. Apparently this woman has been with him for years so I question his judgement as well as feel he doesn't care about the kids. She is literally verbally abusive with kids who are scared. She has made my son and daughter both never want to go to the dentist again. In fact they cry and beg. the first two times my son wanted to go in alone because he is a bit older and loved his previous dentist where we used to live. so the fear just wasn't there. After he didn't want to go back following 2 visits i went in with them. The assistant was even mean to my kids in front of me threatening them not to yell or they would scare the other kids. THE DENTIST JUST SAT THERE AND DIDNT SAY ONE WORD! To me that says it all. Never will we go back.
