There are not many dentists who will accept patients who are covered under the oregon health plan. I thank Dr Korando and his staff who accept our coverage. Yes, there are waits. Yes he expects us to do our job at home cleaning our teeth every day.. I have never had a dentist care that much to take the time to teach us how do do brushing and flossing. Thank you Dr Korando for caring enough to help us.

if I could give 0 stars I would. Receptionist is extremely unprofessional. Eats in front of patients, cusses in front of patients. Horrible scheduling, 2-4 HOUR wait times (too long for adults, HORRIBLE when you have a 4 year old waiting to be seen). They schedule too many people at a time and accept walk-ins when they have a FULL schedule. The only time there is a decent wait time is when it is for cleanings only.

They disclosed my 4 year old in the waiting room! instead of waiting for her turn to go into the back. The only good thing I can say is when the Dentist's son (also a dentist) is in the office. He is great with kids. Dr Charles Korando however is not the most pleasant person in the world to have to deal with. My daughter is afraid of him, but not his son.

Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
