They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. --This first part of the review was generated, but I agree with it. The office staff was unbelievably caring and patient. I am someone who reads up quite a bit and comes in with many questions and set ideas about what I wanted. They were courteous, heard me out and willing to compromise with my wishes. He was also honest and referred me to others for specialized work and always made me feel respected and comfortable!
