I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I have very sensitive teeth and gums and they tried their best to make me comfortable.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
