Doctor is OK but staff (especially receptionis) is very rude. I had questions about my payment amount but did not get a satifacory answer.

I love going to Dr. Kovanda. Everybody is very friendly and make it a comfortable environment. I have been going to him for 5 years now and would not change even if my insurance changed!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
