I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
They reschedule patient's appointment about every week. Some of the staff their including the office manager use their cell phones and were not attentive of patients. I will never go back to another bright dental ever again
