Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I have been with this dentist for about eight years and they are the only dentist I will use as long as I live in this area. Love the whole staff and they really get to know thier patients as people not just another number.

Our family has been going to Bruce for years.
Very happy and unlike 50% of the dentists only does work that is needed.
Wish he was open on Fridays, but if I could get 3 day weekends I would too.

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
