BEWARE OF EAST"POOR" DENTAL (EASTPORT DENTAL PLAZA)!!!!!!!!!
I HAD BEEN THERE TWICE AND EACH TIME THE DENTISTS WERE TRYING TO RUSH THERE WORK SO THEY CAN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PATIENT, AND WERE SOO RECKLESS!! EACH DIFFRENT DENTIST ONE OF WHICH WHOM WAS DR. TON HIMSELF, "ACCIDENTALLY" INJURED ME AND I BLED WHILE PERFORMING A GENERAL TEETH CLEANING!!
AND THE SECOND TIME, I WENT THERE FOR A PAINFUL CAVITY AND AFTER THE UNCOMFORTABLE PROCEDURE WAS TOLD I AM DONE, JUST 2 MONTHS LATER MY FILLING FELL OUT CAUSING ANOTHER CAVITY!!!!!!! AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE MY FATHER UNKNOWINGLY TOOK MY SON THERE A FEW TIMES WHILE I WAS AT WORK FOR A MULLER, AND IT FELL OUT THE NEXT DAY EXPOSING HIS FLESH AND HE COULDNT EAT!! MY DAD STILL TOOK HIM THERE AFTER WARDS AND GUESS WHAT?, YUP FREAKEN THING FELL OUT AGAIN!
SHUT THEM DOWN NOW PLEASE!!

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I have a disability and I needed my teeth pulled and dentures. I had my teeth all pulled and then you fitted me for dentures. The dentures didn't fit and when I came in to have you fix them for me, Dr. Ton, you didn't listen to what I said. You took the dentures, ground off the front of them instead of the top because they were too deep. You stuck them back into my mouth without rinsing them or anything and told me that I could rinse them on my way out the door. You told me to make an appointment for September. I won't come back to you. You did a terrible job and now I don't have dentures that fit or that I can use. I can't chew my food because you didn't make my dentures fit.

I highly recommend Dr. Katta. She is a really good dentist -- she does an excellent job, she's patient, she explains things well. As a person with a fear of dentists, I'm glad I went to her. There are two other dentists in this office. From hearing the tall, Caucasian male dentist talk to his patients, I would say that he's very rude and unfeeling toward them. I would never go to see him. When I made my appointments I was always very careful to see only Dr. Katta. I don't know if the other dentist there is good or friendly, but I do know he's the owner of the office.
