We have used this dentist for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. We paid in full for the ortho treatment. Problem is - they've had 2 orthodontists in 2 years. Now, the second orthodontist is leaving. My daughter is suppose to get her braces off in 2 months and we are left figuring out what to do. I spoke with the office manager and she said she didn't know what Dr Tsu's plan was for a new orthodontist. She kept saying that Dr Tsu is trained in orthodontics. I asked if he is an orthodontist and she said he doesn't call himself an orthodontist. Hello. Are they trying to be misleading? Either he is or he isn't an orthodontist. We paid in full for an orthodontist and are now left figuring out what to do. This place used to be well run, but they have had lots of turnover and it doesn't appear to be well managed any longer. The office staff seems to be inexperienced. My recommendation is to wait until they are more stable before using this practice.

DO NOT take your precious children here, this Dr. Does not care about patient pain.. his policy is that parents can not come back with your kids while getting treatment. Why??
Because he tortures the kids once the child is back there, of course if child is old enough to speak and tell you, that he hurt them. My daughter is 3 yrs o, I took her in for a filling, she came out with marks and scratches on both sides of the side of face and neck, she's speaks clear enough to tell me
"The Dr. Grabbed me really hard and it hurts"

I'm taking legal actions

Dr. Hsu has a policy of no parents in the treatment room. He and his assistants pulled my son's tooth before he was numb. My son tried to gesture his pain, and they told him that it will hurt more if he moves. My son ended up hurting quietly until he got in the car, then crying in pain until an hour later, when the anesthesia kicked in and my son was able to verbalized that he was finally numb. When I called the office, the assistant argued with me that he was fine and the Dr. told me that there was no pain with taking out that tooth. This conversation happened while my son was sobbing. They completely disregarded my son's pain during the treatment process and afterward. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My wife sat with our child in the treatment room for over an hour on the 1st visit. No apologies. 2nd visit wife sat with child in the treatment room for over 1.5 hours! No apologies or explanation. The doctor and just him alone was working on 7 patients at once! Way understaffed.

No way in hell I'd recommend this dentistry office. We will go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

This is one kind of doctor that kids should avoid. He yield at kids when he is doing procedures, and wrap kids around with some kind of board.
