Horrible! They unglued my retained during cleaning and will not take responsibility for it. Want to charge me $400 to have it glued on that one spot.

I was treated very poorly at this office except by the front desk staff. I waited forever before the appointment and then after the exam to be scheduled for a follow up appointment. I was not given adequate information about a procedure and felt almost bullied into it. When I asked about the procedure, I was just told "This is the way we do it!" and was made to feel like I was a problem patient from then on. The dental hygienist was forceful, had a poor attitude and caused me a lot of pain during a routine gum examination. I believe this was on purpose. I don't know why it took almost two hours for an initial visit. I didn't have any special procedure and I didn't have any cavities. I was patient and polite throughout this entire ordeal. I don't want to go back to this office ever again and have advised others I know, never to go to this office for any dental work.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. a special thanks to those who help me through my dental fears they are great.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
