They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

"This guy likes it rough and fast."

??Excuse me?? I don't mind a dentist with a sense of humor but that's totally off color. I've been there three times and everything is great except for the random, thinly veiled, sexually orientated jokes.

On another occasion he came in and takes a look at my teeth and says to his female assistant, "If you keep offering your ear to me one day I'm going to bite, and you're going to like it."

The annoyed assistant (who's married) complained that he's always joking like that. I wouldn't send my kids there and after three visits I've had enough too. I tired of feeling sorry for his embarrassed staff.

The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
