This was my dentist up until I picked up a new MAJOR insurance provider. I called to schedule a EMERGENCY extraction and of course before any questions about what was wrong or what happened I was asked the insurance question. I informed them I now had new issurance and was told that they only accept state insurance and that I would have to find a provider that accepted it. I told them I didn't care, I knew they weren't in network, I was ready to pay cash and send it to my insurance for reimburstment. I reminded her I was in serious pain and asked when was the earliest time they could get me in... her responce... 2 weeks for an emergency appointment.

So at this point I need to find a new dentist... one with staff that gives a crap.
