Dr. Hoch provides the best dental care in the area. He is very professional and takes care of business. He is also a very friendly man, employs a staff who share the same characteristics. There is good reason I drive almost an hour to continue seeing him.

Dr. Hoch is a great dentist. He always puts you at ease during your appointments. He is very professional and always does great work on my teeth. I absolutely recommend him.

Dr. Hoch and his staff have treated me wonderfully. They are always very welcoming and Dr. Hoch has a great chairside manner. He doesn't ask me questions when my mouth is wide open which I like. He and is staff are also very prompt which makes the appointments nice and easy.

While back visiting family, I needed to find a dentist for an emergency appointment to fix a crown that suddenly had come loose. While other places either flat out refused or couldn't see me the same day, Lisa at Dr. Hoch's office told me to come in right away. Lisa, Emily and the rest of the staff were both professional and personable, making me feel comfortable and like a "regular" patient. Dr. Hoch was quick to review my situation and explain what he thought was the most appropriate treatment. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

I took my son in for his first dental exam. I signed in when we arrived and was ignored by the 3 staff members in the office. We were eventually called back to a room where I was asked if I filled out his paperwork. I told them I was never given any. The directed me to a plastic kiddie chair to sit in and fill out the papers while the tech started to look at my sons teeth. He is 3 and was nervous. She was trying to make him more comfortable but was obviously getting impatient with him. I only saw her actually clean 2 teeth. When Dr. Hoch came in to examine him, he got nervous again and wouldn't open his mouth. After about 45 seconds the Dr. threw his hands up and said "I don't fight with kids" and left the room without ever examining him! The staff is clearly unorganized and in attentive and the Dr. Was extremely unfriendly. I understand that 3 year olds are probably not the easiest patients but I expect my Dr. to spend more than 45 seconds trying to work with the patient, especially when it's their first time and they are young and scared. No one discussed payment or cost with us, they just took our insurance info. I'm not quite sure what you charge a patient that you didn't even examine or give a full cleaning to.
