-----castle dental does not care about there patients.------

i went to castle dental in center valley pa.

i had a bill of $100 that they sent to collections, they tried to charge me $200 and castle dental sent my complete medical chart to the collection co.

so much for privacy with these so called professionals!!!!!!!!!

I Had moved to the area for a teaching job and needed a dentist for routine cleaning and check ups. It seemed very nice and also close and conveniet to my work. At my previous dentist prior to moving I had only had 3 or 4 cavities in my entire life. My first visit to Castle dental (had dental cleaning and check up 6 months prior by my hometown dentist) I got x-rays and was told I needed to have 13 cavities done or else it would lead to further more serious health problems. I proceeded to get it done. Six months later I went for my check up and they said that I needed 11 more cavities treated some of which were not done right the first time. I decided to not get anything done and get another opinion. I went and showed my x-rays from Castle Dental to 2 other dentists, both said I didn't need any dental work and that I had good clean teeth. This is very scary that a company like this was doing dental work, drilling into my teeth and numbing my mouth for Insurance money. I would recommend that no one ever goes there and that the place needs to be shut down!! We are talking about personal health and well being. I was put through pain that shouldn't have been done. Please don't go to this place.

Nice facility, nice secretarys. The office staff makes up for the dentists incompetencies. The Dentists are crown happy. They make crowns on-site so they really push them. They are passive until you ask questions. nothing special about them. They are super expensive even with insurance. Be prepared to break the bank. I did a while back and I they had no remorse just gimmee your money. Never going back.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes, extremely spacious

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
