Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

No, but I was able to read a magazine

We enjoy our office visits. Taking the kids to the dentisit used to be a deaded event. The staff at East Berlin Smiles changes all that. They devote an entire day to just treating kids, and they do a good job of it as they "dress up" in circus outfits, sports themes, or various other "fun" things. The kids just love it and dont mind getting work done as the staff "entertains" them! What they do is such a good idea! As for us adults, they pamper us too! They offer state of the art treatments and they just really seem concerned with, not just the over all health, but also our appearance. Amber & Gina reccomended some treatments that i knew i needed, but were just too afraid to make the plunge. I'm so glad i did as everything turned out beautiful. I highly reccomend Dr. Cockley. A+ experience!
