i saw dr sudbrink and later vakkas for two wisdom removals. they were so friendly, nice, reassuring, and gentle. they called me a few days later to personally check up on how I was doing. they are the nicest doctors I have been to. they really care about patients. I went both times to the first appointment of the day so there was no waiting I was in and out in maybe 45 min. I have recommended this place to everyone I know who had to go for some type of oral surgery. these doctors and the staff are fantastic

I had to have one of my wisdom tooth removed so I did a quick search on Google & the Yelp page for this place came up with mostly all 5 star, glowing reviews with good reason! This place is AMAZING!!! I called on a Friday and was given an appt. for the following Tuesday! I asked the receptionist to call me if an earlier appt. became available & within 1/2 an hour, she was kind enough to call me back to let me know that an appt. for tuesday morning was available! They are, hands down, the best oral surgeons ever!! The surgery to remove my wisdom tooth was quick & nearly painless! They prescribed me pain meds but I ended up not needing them! I didn't have insurance & the price was pretty reasonable for what it was! If I ever need an oral surgery in the future, I would go back without hesitation! Even if I'd have to pay out of pocket again!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

I never write reviews but this place is great and definitely deserves the 5 star rating that they have. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed last week. Dr. sudbrink was amazing. Not only was he extremely nice and made me feel super comfortable about the procedure, he also gave me a special gel for pain and fast healing. I just had my third wisdom tooth pulled earlier this week! I made my appointment on Friday for Tuesday. I saw Dr. Sudbrink again was treated very well. Tuesday, I was in and out. The procedure only took about 45 minutes and they gave me anesthesia. Then i was good to go. I am now at home, relaxing(and enjoying) the prescribed meds...a little soreness but that's to be expected. the gel they gave me helps a lot. I still have one more tooth that will probably need to be removed and when that time comes... will definitely be coming back! I would recommend this office and Dr. Sudbrink to anyone!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office manager even worked with me on my financial concerns and offered me a discount since I didn't have insurance. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous The office was very easy to locate, extremely clean, and so much advanced technology! Could not have been more impressed with this office!!!!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I have to say they were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time, but I understand that it happens and they were worth the 15 minute wait! To top it all off, they participated with my insurance and I had very little out of pocket expenses! Their entire office made it an enjoyable visit to the Oral Surgeons office.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.
