They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I think she is a good doctor but not a good business person. I did not feel the welcome in the chair which is of course important to me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I think it is important for a dentist to make sure the doctor is spending time with patient like she cares. Some times minor things like making sure the patient is feeling the comfort in a dental chair is more important before the drilling. Over all she is not bad in performance, however, I would like to see some more care for patient.

Had to wait past my scheduled appointment time!! The treatment charges are very high compared to others in the area. The dentists seem to suggest "not so needed' procedures quite often and insist on having them done..

My family and I have been going to Comfort Dental Care for 6 years now. I have recommended lot of friends and they all are happy to go to Dr. Mittal at Comfort Dental Care. I would recommend Dr. Mittal if you are not afraid of her honesty. Dr. Mittal will tell you what is in your mouth..cavities etc. I like Dr. Mittal's honesty and caring style she has. She is an excellant doctor. I will continue to go to her and tell people how great of a Dentist she is.‎

I do not believe what others say. I experienced myslef. I have been going these for 6 years now and I love it. I would recommend my friends and relatives to Comfort Dental care in Exton.

My entire family went to Dr. Mittal for dental care. I have had extensive work done to correct any problem areas in my mouth. I thought it was odd when everytime I went, I always had a cavity if not numerous cavities. Brushing it off, I figured I must have "soft" teeth that decay easily and had the work done to correct the cavities. I was even shocked when she said my very young children had cavities (since we are very strict about dental hygiene habits), but had them filled.

My problem came when my spouse went for a check up. Never having a cavity their entire life...Dr. Mittal suddenly found 6 cavities! My spouse was very upset, so I suggested getting a second opinion...the dentist could be wrong. My spouse did just that - had a free consult with x-rays and all....NO cavities were found, even asking this new dentist to double check.

My core foundation of trust in my dentist, Dr. Mittal was rocked! SHE LIED! I don't know what her reason is...but I can speculate (as I'm sure you can too). Now I wonder if I really had all the cavities she said I had...did my kids really have the cavities? I have never thought to not trust my own dentist when I'm told I have a cavity...who does?

Since then, we have not been back to Comfort Dental Care in Exton, or any dental office. I need to have my trust restored. I have all ready attempted to get a hold of the state to have an investigation done on her practice. I will continue to try to warn people of Dr. Mittal.
