I went here seeking a new dentist because of a change in insurance.
They either could not or would not work with my insurance despite being listed under my plan because when I went somewhere else and asked for the same work it was no problem.
The Dr. treated me like a child trying to tell me about good oral hygiene.I know about good oral hygiene, I just still get cavities.
She insisted on doing unnecessary cosmetic work which in retrospect would have eaten up my whole spending for the year leaving me paying out of pocket the full amount for any other work that would have to be done.
The worst part however was the fact that when I tried to speak to the Dr. about how we could curb the spending and just do the cavities and wait on the cosmetic I was NOT ALLOWED by the receptionist to talk to the Dr. She said I had to make another appt.
I felt deceived and bullied by this place, and I would not go here if I were you.

I am Dr Mittal's assistant. She was nice enough to take me under her wing and teach me through my externship for school. Once I graduated I was super excited when she offered me a permanent position. I have been working with her for a year now and have learned so much. I decided to do a little research to see what people were saying about us and was quite shocked by some of these reviews. Dr Mittal is what I would consider a "pro-active" dentist. She treats problems early, at the small scale to avoid them growing to the large scale. We have seen patients numerous times coming from another practice with untreated dental issues that escalated into bigger, more invasive issues than they ever needed to be. A recent example.....a new patient came to us with pain. We got the last two years of xrays from previous dentist and we could see on each xray the gradual growth of decay that was left untreated. The tooth now needed a root canal and crown when it could have been treated and avoided two years ago with a simple filling when it was first noticed on the xray! So what I'm saying is that Dr Mittal may seem to catch and treat the problems early but she only does so for the patients best interest and best oral health.

I have been going to Comfort Dental for 10 years now. Once my insurance provider changed, I tried Comfort Dental Care for the first time. Although I had religiously gone to the dentist every 6 months, when I made my first visit to Comfort Dential, I was told I had a large number of cavaties. Sadly, my previous dentist had ignored issues, and I discussed these issues with Comfort Dental. We worked through them, and ever since, I have had dental success, thanks for Comfort Dental! My entire family enjoys and trusts Comfort Dental, and I appreciate their honest (if at times difficult) messages regarding past history of poor practice. Thank you for putting us on the right track Comfort Dental!

Both my husband and myself had a horrible experience, and still dealing with them. I have never had cavities before and when I went they told me I had 8!! My husband also had ungodly amount. They wanted to run our insurance to the limit, words Mital actually said. I went to another physician, and comfort Dental still refuses to transfer both my husbands and I's xrays to the new dentist. Xrays were done at the new dentist and I was cavity free. Preventative drilling is not the best option for your teeth, it is a waste of money and not to mention damage for no reason to your teeth.
