I had to have a replacement crown immediately, as I was going away, and my regular dentist wasn't in the office. Dr. Newell prepared the tooth and gave me a temporary crown. When the permanent crown was put on, my tooth was very sensitive and painful. My regular dentist looked at it and scoffed at the way the crown had been fitted and installed, and replaced it. Didn't make me feel very confident in Dr. Newell.
