When I went the first couple of times everything seemed fine. Two tvs in every treatment room, three game systems for kids, a flat screen in the waiting room, and an iMac for internet browsing. It seemed to go down hill after a visit where the dentist proceeded to drill a hole in one of my back molars while working on another tooth in the area then left it unfilled. My next appointment was four months later and was just a regular checkup, an appointment to fill the tooth was never made nor mentioned. I later received a bill saying I owed over three hundred dollars even though I made sure to pay at the end of every visit. The reason for this bill? I was told my insurance didn't pay him as much as he wanted so he was charging me more. Understand my dental insurance is United Concordia they are the dental side of Highmark one of the biggest dental insurers in the state. So I would assume he would already know how much they would charge. When was giving Novocaine to my wife he seemed to push the needle to far and said "Oops" and laughed when she said she was in pain. My wife is also having a cavity form behind her filling inside her tooth.

He would constantly berate his staff while my wife and I were in the chair. Be it about how much something cost or that they didn't do something how he wanted or not fast enough for him. Something I see as generally unprofessional and something that should never be done in front of a patent.

Definitely not a dentist I will be returning to.

I really appreciated the care of this office. Everyone on the staff is friendly and respectful. Both of the doctors were wonderful with my children. They gave advice without making me feel judged. They accept Gateway insurance but also don't overcharge for a cash visit. I highly recommend Paxton Dental Care.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
