I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional.

Dr Svenson is rough. He frequently whacks my other teeth as he drills, and uses my face to leverage his hand and drill. I always leave with my eyemakeup smudged off and my mouth hurting. He's not very friendly and seems cold and a little condescending. I won't go back. The hygienist who did the cleaning is great though.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They make accommodations for emergencies.
