They accept my insurance plan, submit everything for me, and rarely bill me anything extra. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Dr. Svenson is very thorough and does all his own work, but be warned that he has a heavy hand. I was told I had a "small" cavity so I had it filled with metal filling, but it turned out to be a very big hole he drilled and the dark filling if very visible even though it is further back in the mouth. I would've opted for white ceramic filling if I'd known. It also took 3-4 more appointments to have it ground down before the pain subsided. If you have good teeth, he's great, but if you have a lot of dental issues, then you may want a gentler hand. He's fast & eventually everything settles down, but definitely gentle.
