Nobody greeted me or any instructions what to do on arrival, the staff was rude. Waited until 8:40 for an 8 am appt. The doctor never introducted himself or listened to what I had to say. They were in a real hurry when it came to procedures and money. Never explained anything to me about my upcoming procedure. Rooms were dirty and I think I had a used unclean instrument used on me. Didn't see the dentist for more then 5 minutes and he was so rude when he did speak to me.

I will never to back here!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
