Pros:
-Clean office
-Availability of appointment times
-Accepts many insurance plans
-Handles routine procedures just fine

-Office ladies can be a little rude

Scheduling was easy and mostly convenient, office is clean, lots of pics of the dentist with local celebs.

The office ladies can be a bit snarky, they were talking about another patient's issues in front of me which sounded very unpleasant and made me uncomfortable.

The dental assistants have always been nice girls, no complaints there. The cubicle sized exam rooms are clean and sufficient, the TV with headphones a nice touch.

However, my procedure to come was not explained to me in full by the dentist and I found out afterwards that what was done was not the only option. It was the only option this dentist presented to me however and with an attitude that this was the only way to proceed.

The other options that I found out about later would have been preferable to what was done but required a differently skilled dentist, perhaps that was why these options were not presented. The performed treatment was most definitely not in my best interest but I didn't know this until after the work was done. It was also quite expensive. Hindsight is not your friend in these circumstances.

All in all, routine work is not an issue here but always get a 2nd opinion if you are contemplating getting something more involved done. You cannot undo what is done so it is best to have no mistakes the first time. Make sure any practice is suitable to perform the procedures you are having completed and that these procedures are appropriate for you.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.
