I always know that when I have Lisa Shaffer clean my teeth, they are done thoroughly! Lisa is incredibly genuine and an asset to the office. She is caring, kind, and really cares for her patients. I would highly recommend Lisa and certainly make sure I schedule my teeth cleaning appointments with her. She is the best !

I've gone to this dentist for over 10 years and would recommend this practice. The staff puts you at ease and I always feel comfortable with my dental hygienist. Today was one of the best visits I've ever had.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Actually, my appointment got lost. However, they took me any way. Provided great service and the entire staff got involved to make everything right. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

I was worried that the veneers wouldn't look right but I was extremely pleased with the end results. They did a good job putting them on. One thing I like about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing the type of veneers that I did. The Dr. is well renowned in both cosmetic and sedation dentistry. He is very well respected by his staff. The waiting area is the nicest I have ever seen. It's spacious, comfortable and it makes the visit even more enjoyable (if going to the dentist can be enjoyable). .

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more unbiased information. The dentist does act superior. He often hands off the actual work to less experienced staff. Once I heard him speak about a patient unkindly with a staff member. The hygenist I had was very nice but wasted time and took longer than needed. The staff was ok. I did not see much flexibility in the days open and the appointment times; it did not serve me well to be on a waiting list to get in earlier- I never got a call over a very long period of time. Much more expensive. Will not go back.
