I was never really a fan of having to wait for a dentist appointments. Most of the time Patients/CUSTOMERS wait for significant periods of time with out ever hearing an apology for doing so. Today I called Dr. Nase and told the receptionist that I called ten minutes ago and no one answered. I had a 4:45 appointment and was stuck in traffic after giving myself 20min to go 5 miles. The receptionist told me I would have to be there in 5 minutes or re-schedule. Clearly this dentist office cares very little about the fact that my whole family USED to go here and will probably never read this or care. Its a shame to see people in business that have no clue as to how fast there good reputation can turn bad.

My family has been going to this practice for over 10 years. We are always satisfied with our care. We have experienced many types of dental care from cleanings to fillings to crown. The staff is always friendly, welcoming patient and helpful. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
