I have been coming here for a few years now. I really like the dentists (I always get the two of them confused on who is who, but they are both awesome). MOST of their staff is quite friendly except for the main receptionist who I have found to be rude and insulting since my very first visit. I am (unfortunately) one of those patients that is often late and occasionally forgets their appointments.While I realize this is not ideal I also work in a doctor's office and you will have these types of patients. Annoying yes but avoidable no. Anyway, the one receptionist has always been rude but the last time I called I asked for an emergency appointment because I had a bad toothache. Once she found out it was me she told me "well, we have a 3pm appointment today, but you missed your last appointment and I really don't want to offer you today;s appointment because we need to save it for someone who really has an emergency and will show up."
How RUDE! Fine, lecture me about being late/missing appointments (which she right did before that) but don't dance around giving me an (emergency) appointment. I'm calling at 1pm, of course I'm going to show up at 3pm, I usually forget when I schedule things months in advance. I was so insulted I told her never mind, I'll suffer and do something on my own about it. She felt bad after that and said "oh no, well, don't do that, come on in at 3". Nope, sorry, I found another dentist down the street and they are AMAZING. They motivate me to be on time and try my hardest to remember my appointments because they aren't rude and demeaning every time I go in there. I am surprised at the comments about the staff being friendly because I have found this one person in particular to be super rude from the beginning. Now that I have found my amazing new dentist you couldn't pay me enough to go back to Nase and Nash. Not even if they found a new receptionist!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
