My family has been coming here for years. I've always had a great experience. The warm, friendly, educated staff are almost part of our family now. I whole-heartedly recommend New Falls Dental to anyone who will listen!

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Absolutely! It looked brand new

They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

***I went in with an emerancy they told me I need root canal I went back and had the work done and 1 week to the day my tooth broke called and went in they put a temp cap on the fell out in less then 24hrs. all they could me both times (the tooth braking and the cap falling out was "it sometimes happens") this is not exceptable because for one week I only ate soft foods in fear of the tooth braking and nothing the day after the temp cap was put on. This would have been my third root canal and cap the other 2 were not from New Falls Dental and I NEVER had any problems. I will NEVER go back or recommend them.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
