It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They left my husband alone for a long time and we thought he was getting his teeth cleaned while mine were being cleaned. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. The cost was 'WAY OUT OF REACH' and it will take us a few months to pay the charge card off. Don't go here! Find someone more reasonable. There are plenty of dentists out there. I wish we had looked more.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
