I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. He always makes sure that I am comfortable and if there is any pain, he stops and does what needs to be done to make sure that I don't feel anything. I drive from Cleveland to Pittsburgh, just to see Dr. Don.
