While I think Dr Assad is OK, I have a problem with the office billing practices. After being told I needed to pay over$900 for work to be done I requested an Itemized bill. The reply being that that wasn't how they do things and that they followed a formula from the insurance co. I went in for the work and was called the next day and said since it was a different procedure than what I paid for I owed an additional $340 dollars. I have since tried to get a refund on the balance and have gotten the run around for three weeks and still no itemized bill.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
