Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Yes

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I will always refer my family and friends to Dr. Fan, He is alway work hard for my teeth, he often spent extra time for me to make sure his works were done right. Friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable are my description for Dr. Fan.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
