Due to growing up in a low-income family, I had not been to a dentist. I had one very bad experience with a low-income clinic and that made me terrified to go to the dentist. I was also really embarrassed that I had not been to one regularly and that made me even more scared to go. After asking around about local dentists, I heard about Dr. Loesberg and so I got up the courage to finally make my first dentist appointment. He and his staff were incredible! They were not judgmental at all. They did so much to make me feel comfortable and good about coming in. I needed some work done and I was terrified (shaking), but Dr. Loesberg worked with me slowly to help me get over my fear and the last time I went in, I wasn't scared at all. If you are scared of the dentist then you need to see Dr. Loesberg and his wonderful staff. They really take care of you, the whole person, not just your dental work. I would also like to add that they have a great in-house discount plan for those without insurance (I fell into that category). This really made things very affordable. One fee gets you two checkups plus substantial discounts on all services. It was very much worth it. I don't think I would have been able to afford everything without the plan.

30+ years of professional, courteous and efficient service for myself and my family. They have always worked with any insurance changes, made great health recommendations, and are available for any urgent needs.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
