They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. However, their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
I love the doctor but I'm very disappointed with the staff. I have experience with another orthodontist that I take my daughter to and they are incredible. They are always friendly and welcoming.
The office staff at this facility are so miserable it's unreal. They don't smile, they don't say hello, they don't accomodate you in any way. If I wasn't already committed to orthodontic care here, I would not stay. I would instead pay more and go to the same place my daughter is going.
