Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

My child had a crown done by another dentist and it fell off within the week. Dr. Firestone saw me immediately as an emergency new patient and treated my child with care and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Firestone as a dentist. My child can't wait to go back for his next appointment.

I missed an appointment for my daughter due to a death in the family and Dr. Firestone called my house the next morning and left a rude message on my answering machine saying that he "doesn't tolerate missed appointment and when anyone misses an appointment we ask that they find another dentist so I suggest you find another dentist, thank you". What this dentist should do is give a courtesy call to the patient to find out the circumstances surrounding the skipped appointment. Sometimes things are out of the patient's control. Plus patients, just like the dentist himself, are human and are apt to making mistakes. He was insensitive and uncaring and I would NEVER take my daughter to see him again.
